• PA or Compact RN License
• BLS
• ACLS
• TNCCT

Experience Required

• Level II Trauma experience required

Must Have Skills

• Scrub and circulate cardiac surgeries
• Cardiac Cases: CABG, Aortic & Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement, Heart Transplant, Aortic Dissections, LVAD

Staffing Ratio

• 1:4

On Call

• Required (Average 2 weekends every 6 weeks, occasionally 3 with vacations; Friday–Sunday call)

Holiday

• 1 winter and 1 summer holiday
