PRN Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a cardiac progressive care unit setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform assigned tasks within scope of practice and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in a cardiac progressive care unit setting preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• At least one year of recent progressive care unit experience.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
