About the role
The role involves providing critical care to ICU patients, including monitoring, administering treatments, operating life-support equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain patient safety and comfort
- Administer treatments and medications accurately
- Monitor vital signs and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Operate and troubleshoot life-support equipment
Requirements
- At least one year of recent CVICU experience
- A valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
Preferred qualifications
- Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN)
- National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NIHSS)
- Additional certifications such as TNCC, PALS, etc.
