About the Role

Provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, including assessing and monitoring patient conditions, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Document patient responses to treatments and interventions
• Manage hemodynamic monitoring and interpret data
• Ensure patient safety and comfort
• Provide education to patients and their families
• Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor critically ill patients and administer medications
• Operate advanced life-support equipment
• Communicate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements

• At least one year of recent CVICU experience
• Valid RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• CCRN certification
• TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
