Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients
- Operate advanced life support equipment
- Administer complex treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- At least one year of recent CVICU experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies
- Physical, technical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- CCRN certification
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS certification
