Travel CVICU RN - $2,786 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a CVICU RN for a travel nursing assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

About the role

This 13-week assignment begins on August 31, 2026, with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interpret cardiac strips
• Perform strong patient assessments
• Exercise critical thinking and clear communication
• Follow protocols and orders as written
• Titrate intravenous drips
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-stress CVICU environment with minimal orientation

Requirements

• Active RN license (no specific state license required to submit)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent CVICU experience
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• CCRN certification (a plus)
• Ability to work independently with no training provided for equipment or patient population

Pay
