Travel CVICU RN - $2,346 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a CVICU assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

About the Role

This is a 20-week travel assignment starting on August 28, 2026, with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour rotating shifts.

Requirements

• 18 months of combined permanent experience in CVICU, preferably within one location (travel experience may substitute).
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in CVICU from the past 12 months.
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.
• Must work at least every other holiday.
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only).

Facility-Specific Rules

• No license hits accepted.
• Nurses and CSTs are temporarily exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements.
• All other travelers must be nicotine-free; a negative 10-panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually.
• BCI/FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
• Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months, with a 6-month break required before returning unless approved by the client.

Compliance and Testing

• BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept travelers with an open case.
• PBDS assessment is waived.
• 4 hours of modules are billable; additional pre-start module time is non-billable. Modules are completed pre-start and annually via Silkroad.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual pay may vary and is subject to change during the assignment.
