About the role
Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a CVICU assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The assignment starts 10/19/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts (3x12 nights). The unit is TICU but is actively supporting CVICU overflow, so experience with Impella and intra‑aortic balloon pumps is highly valuable. Weekends are required, there is no call, and travelers are allowed only one major holiday off per contract. The patient population consists primarily of adult, high‑acuity cardiac patients. Milwaukee offers lakefront amenities, breweries, restaurants, and easy access to Chicago while providing a relaxed Midwest lifestyle.
