Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

• Submission Requirements: Can only be submitted to one WVU position at a time. Driver's license must show an address 50+ miles from the facility. Previous permanent employees must be separated for 2 years. Previous travelers who completed 1 full year must also be separated for 2 years. Individual unit requirements apply. Travel teams must be submitted together in one email. Only 2 candidates per opening may be submitted. Unexpired driver's license is required with every submission.

Submission Requirements

• BLS required
• ACLS required
• CCRN preferred
• Recent CVICU experience caring for: Cardiac surgery patients, Vascular surgery patients, Thoracic surgery patients, ECMO, LVAD, Heart transplant patients
• Unit Overview: 28-bed CVICU, Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1 for high-acuity patients, 1:2 for stable ICU patients
• Clinical Skills Required: Experience with post-operative cardiovascular critical care, Competent in titrating: Inotropes, Vasopressors, Sedation, All critical care drips, Ventilator management, Telemetry interpretation (RNs must read rhythm strips)
• Scheduling: Available shifts: Days, Nights, Rotating, Weekend requirements: Day Shift: 3 weekend ("S") days/month, Night Shift: 2 weekend ("S") days/month, Rotating: 3 weekend ("S") days/month Plus 1 Friday and 1 Monday (except designated weekenders), Additional weekends may be required based on unit needs, Holiday rotation with permanent staff, No call required
