20-bed CVICU caring for heart/lung transplants, VAD, ECMO, and other high-acuity cardiovascular patients
Ratios
- 1:2–3
Float
- Frequent float within scope, including Bellevue campus and other critical care/medical units
Weekend
- 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
Holiday
- Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
Travel Requirement
- No locals within 100 miles
RTO
- Max 2 weeks
- No RTO June 11–22, 2026
Scrubs
- Mandatory Nebraska Medicine gray scrubs
