Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to cardiac ICU patients, including post-operative management and stabilization.
Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond to arrhythmias promptly.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, treatments, and responses.
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
Assist with patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatments, and post-discharge care.
Work at least every other holiday, including night shifts.
