About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Springfield, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring critical care services
- Assess and document patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain a sterile environment
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in CVICU preferred
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- At least one year of acute care experience
