Duties & Responsibilities
- Administers medications
- Checks vital signs
- Alerts doctors of major changes in patient's condition
- Liaises between doctors and patients
- Ensures patient recovery
- Treatment and care of heart transplant patients
- Education of patient's family on ongoing needs and care
