Travel CT/X-ray Technologist - $2,811 per week

American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist (dual modality Radiology Technologist) for a 13‑week assignment in Leesburg, Virginia, starting October 12, 2026. The role involves 36 hours per week of night shift work (12‑hour shifts, Tuesday‑Thursday) with American Traveler’s support, including day‑one benefits and 24/7 clinical assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform dual modality CT and X‑ray imaging at a Healthplex location.
• CT studies include heads, abdomen, pelvis, angiography, and extremities.
• X‑ray studies include chest (portable) and routine exams.
• Exam volume ranges from 0‑15 per day, occasionally up to 22.
• Use EPIC EMR, Visage PACS, GE CT unit, and Philips X‑ray units.
• Work 12‑hour night shifts from 7 P.M. to 7 A.M., Tuesday‑Thursday.
• Provide backup on‑call one weekend per month with a 45‑minute response time.
• No floating required outside of CT and X‑ray at this location.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• ARRT‑CT and ARRT‑R certifications required.
• Active Virginia state license required at submittal (if applicable).

Skills

• Strong IV skills required (essential due to no dedicated IV team).
• Experience with Fuji PACS preferred.
