Travel CT / X-Ray Technologist - $2,775 per week

About the role

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Alexandria, Virginia. X-ray Technologist in Springfield, specializing in both computed tomography (CT) and X-ray procedures. This position involves performing high-quality imaging studies at a healthcare facility, supporting diagnostic processes. The role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work nights with weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans including heads, abdomen, pelvis, angio, and extremities
• Conduct routine X-ray exams such as chest (port) and others
• Standby on-call arrangement, including 1 weekend per month and holidays, with rapid response expected within 45 minutes

Requirements

• Must have an active VA license at submittal (valid VA State license required at time of application)
• Minimum 0 years of experience, with a preference for 2 or more years in a similar role
• Start date: 11/02/2026
• Duration: 15 weeks

Qualifications

• Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), ARRT-CT, ARRT-R
• Must be a dual modality technologist (CT and X-ray)
