Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Positron Emission Tomography Technologist for a position in Canton, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform Positron Emission Tomography procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Prepare patients for imaging studies, including explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
- Operate PET equipment and ensure accurate data collection.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current Georgia license.
- AHA BLS certification.
- AHA ACLS certification.
- Additional certifications related to this specialty.
- 2 years of recent experience in CT Tech.
Qualifications
The candidate's primary residence must be located at least 50 miles from the facility address.
Skills
- Knowledge of Positron Emission Tomography technology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
