About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026 in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm patient identification
  • Review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients
  • Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions
  • Position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies
  • Use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
  • Administer radiocontrast agents to patients
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Understand and use the McKesson PACS system

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience
  • BLS certification
  • ARRT (CT) National Certification
  • State-specific licensing if required
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology

Qualifications

  • ARRT (R)
  • ARRT (CT)
  • BLS
  • 1 Year of Experience

Skills

  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
  • Ability to work with radiation safety protocols
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, lean, or stoop easily
  • Proficiency with the McKesson PACS system

Benefits

  • Pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week
  • Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
