Travel CT Technologist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to operate CT scanners for diagnostic imaging, prepare and position patients, and collaborate with radiologists to produce high-quality images. The role involves maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, documenting procedures, and providing compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture cross-sectional images of body tissues
• Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure safety
• Adjust technical parameters for accurate imaging
• Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment
• Follow radiation safety standards and hospital policies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for diagnostic accuracy
• Document patient data accurately

Qualifications

• One year of recent CT technologist experience
• Valid Radiology license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Preferred qualifications

• ARRT certification and additional relevant licenses
