Travel CT Technologist - $3,724 per week

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Rochester, New York.

Shift & Schedule

• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 16 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, nights
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9:30pm – 8am EST; on call, callback, holidays per unit needs

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan; strictly adhering to department policy and procedure for patient safety
• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging
• Prepare patients for scans and explain the procedure to help them feel comfortable
• Insert IVs when necessary for the test
• Position patients accordingly, which may include lifting or moving patients with limited mobility; must utilize safe patient handling
• Maintain accurate patient record keeping by properly documenting all necessary components within EPIC to include identifying images and assuring images are sent to the PACS system correctly upon exam completion
• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility

Requirements

• Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology and maintains Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• NYS licensure (must obtain PRIOR to starting position)
• Two (2) Years' Experience
• Level 1 Trauma Center Experience
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)

Preferred Qualifications

• Injection certification preferred – must be willing to complete during orientation process
• Knowledge of Philips and Siemens equipment preferred

Experience Requirements

• Level I Trauma Experience – Required – 2 Years
• CT Tech License (NY ONLY) – Required
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) – Required
• Two (2) years experience – Required – 2 Years
• Siemens Scanner Experience – Required – 6 Months
• Epic Experience – Highly desired – 1 Years
