About the role

Vibra Travels is seeking a dependable, detail-focused Travel CT Technologist to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. This role involves performing diagnostic computed tomography imaging in an acute care or hospital setting while traveling the country.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans with and without contrast
• Adhere to radiation safety principles and contrast administration protocols
• Operate CT imaging equipment and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS)
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active license or certification to practice as a CT Technologist in the state of employment
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent CT experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• ARRT (R) certification required; ARRT (CT) certification preferred (may be required by some facilities)
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor (AHA preferred)
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace

Schedule

• 48 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts, nights (19:00–07:00)
