Travel CT Technologist - $3,572 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 16-week evening shift contract at an academic medical center in Burlington, VT.

Responsibilities

• Scan trauma patients independently
• Place peripheral IVs (PIVs)
• Work in an Epic EMR environment
• Use a Philips scanner
• Work 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Sunday
• Meet a minimum of every other weekend requirement
• May have to adjust schedule to meet unit and patient care needs
• Must be able to work independently and proficiently in a clinical setting

Requirements

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• VT license required if applicable
• Minimum 2 years of Epic experience within the past 2 years
• Experience in a similarly sized academic teaching facility required
• Must be able to independently scan trauma patients
• Proficient in peripheral IV (PIV) placement
• Two professional references required: at least one from a supervisor or nurse manager within the past 6 months, and one from within the past year of employment
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• No float requirement

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
