Job Details

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing diversified duties in the CT section of the Radiology Department. This position reports to the Supervisor, CT and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Radiology or Diploma from accredited school of Radiology required.
  • Current license by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist in CT required.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
  • One (1) to three (3) years experience as a CT Tech preferred.

Schedule Information

  • 40 hours overnight shift.
  • 10-hour shift.
  • Every other weekend rotation.
  • Shift time: 23:00 - 09:00.

Additional Details

  • MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding: color photo taken in past 6 months, plain background, no selfies or filters.
  • Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days to start date and updated annually.
  • Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required.
  • MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
  • TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
  • Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
  • MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
  • MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
  • MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
  • MGB References: 2 references within 4 years of submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset.
  • MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission.
  • MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
  • MGB Education Verification through background check company.
  • MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check.
  • MGB National Sex Offender Check ran within 30 days of start and updated annually.
  • MGB Exclusion Checks ran within 30 days of start and annually.
  • MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility.
