About the role
American Traveler is hiring a CT Scan Technologist (Outpatient) for a 13-week travel contract at an outpatient imaging center in Reno, NV.
Responsibilities
- Handle ER, inpatient, and outpatient CT workflow coordination
- Assist the radiologist in diagnostic CT scan procedures, including IV contrast administration under radiologist direction
- Perform QC monitoring and coordinate daily CT workflow
- Produce diagnostic CT scans
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical CT experience required
- Trauma experience required
- Travel experience required
- ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
- Active Nevada Medical Radiography license required (license required if applicable)
- AHA BLS certification required within 60 days of hire
Qualifications
- Proficiency required with CT scanning equipment and contrast injecting equipment
- Epic EMR used; training provided during orientation or candidates may test out

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, rotating between Saturday, Sunday, and a rotating weekday
