Travel CT Technologist - $3,345 per week

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Wrangell, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiographic CT examination of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation.
• Perform diagnostic medical radiography/sonography within the department and other areas.
• Maintain patient records and files.
• Absorb responsibility for departmental quality assurance program.
• Rotate shifts as required.
• Assist with invasive procedures and knowledge of these procedures.
• Consult with referring physicians.
• Set up and run automatic injector.
• Absorb an active part in the preparation of procedures in this area.
• Work in conjunction with Imaging Manager and Director.
• Assign daily staffing schedule.
• Cookordinate new staff orientation.

Requirements

• Current ARRT in Radiography OR Current ARDMS in one category (Abd or OB/GYN).
• BLS certification required within 45 days of start.
• Clinical Competency required within 3 months of hire and every three years.
• Able to perform all diagnostic exams as related to assigned modality.
• Tech I: ARRT or ARDMS in one modality.
• Tech II: ARRT (CT, MR, MG, NM) or ARDMS certified in two modalities/ARDMS categories.

Qualifications

• MUST PROVIDE 2 FINGERPRINT CARDS UPON ACCEPTANCE OF POSITION.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

May need to cover day or night shift, and on-call, 4x10 Flex, 07:00:00-17:00:00
