Performs all activities according to federal, state, local, and hospital policies and procedures to a variety of patients ranging from newborn to geriatric in age. Operates imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts. Able to insert and remove IV's. Education Graduated from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Experience Minimum of 1-year Radiology experience- required Knowledge of the special needs and behaviors of adult and older adult patients preferred Licences, Certifications, and/or Registrations (if applicable) Licensed by the State of Mass Radiation Control Board ARRT Registered- RT ( R) or RT (N) ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography- preferred o If no CT License at time of hire, Technologist has one year to obtain CT License CPR certifiedUnit Description: SUN, MON, TUES, THURS 8A-6:30PStart date based on credentialing clearance.
