About the role
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week inpatient assignment at a Level II trauma facility in Chico, CA.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans under supervision
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Accurately document patient information in Epic EMR
- Work in a 12-hour shift with 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 7:00 PM start times on a rotating schedule
- Participate in weekend rotations
- Use GE scanners if available
- Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of CT scanning experience required
- ARRT certification required
- Current CA Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) required; license required if applicable
- CA Fluoroscopy Permit required
- Current BLS/BCLS required
- Prior successful completion of travel assignments required
Qualifications
- W-2 employee of their staffing agency
- Must not have worked for American Traveler before
Skills
- CT scanning experience
- ARRT certification
- Epic EMR experience
- GE scanner experience

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, rotating shifts with 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 7:00 PM start times, including weekend rotations.
