Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Prepare and position patients for CT scans, ensuring comfort and minimizing radiation exposure.
• Maintain and operate CT imaging equipment, performing quality control checks as required.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Document patient information, scan details, and technical factors in compliance with facility policies.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in all clinical settings.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent).
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New York.
• Minimum of one year of recent CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment.
