Travel CT Technologist - $3,236 per week
About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 8-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, nights.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of imaging procedures including but not limited to Abdomen and Pelvis, Colorectal studies, Enterography study, Intravenous pyelogram, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Brain perfusion, Coronary CTA, Head and Neck, Carotid, Head without and/or with contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Trauma head, Spine and Musculoskeletal, Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracic, Chest, Chest without and/or with contrast, Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography), Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta).
- Use advanced imaging techniques such as 3D rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering), Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Region of interest measurement (ROI).
- Work in various settings including Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, ICU, Level I Trauma, Level II Trauma Center.
- Perform special procedures such as Brain perfusion, Coronary CTA, Head and Neck, Carotid, Head without and/or with contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Trauma head, Spine and Musculoskeletal, Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracic, Chest, Chest without and/or with contrast, Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography), Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta).
- Operate equipment from brands such as GE, PACS, Siemens, Toshiba.
- Adhere to isolation precautions and PPE protocols.
- Prepare and administer contrast media safely.
- Ensure radiation safety during procedures.
- Insert and manage peripheral IV’s and perform venipuncture.
Requirements
- CT Technologist certification required.
- Experience with multiplanar reconstruction and region of interest measurement.
- Knowledge of abdominal and pelvic imaging procedures.
- Experience with adult acute care, outpatient, emergency department, ICU, Level I and Level II trauma center environments.
- Ability to perform special procedures such as brain perfusion, coronary CTA, head and neck, carotid, head without and/or with contrast, sinuses, soft tissue neck, trauma head, spine and musculoskeletal, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, thoracic, chest, chest without and/or with contrast, heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography), vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta).
- Proficiency with GE, PACS, Siemens, Toshiba equipment.
