Travel CT Technologist - $3,230 per week

About the Role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an 8-week travel assignment in Libertyville, Illinois. This night shift contract role requires 2+ years of experience and BLS, ARRT, and IEMA certifications.

• 40 hours per week, 10-hour night shifts (8:30 PM to 7:00 AM), Monday through Thursday
• Alternating weekend rotation required
• 2-3 on-call shifts required per month (maximum)
• No floating required
• Uses EPIC EMR system; GE equipment experience preferred
• 4-bed CT unit with approximately 50 patients per shift and a 1:1 patient ratio
• Handles general CT and vascular CT patients in an inpatient/outpatient setting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• BLS, ARRT, and IEMA certifications required
• License required if applicable
• EPIC EMR experience required
• General CT and vascular imaging skills required
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience preferred
• Candidate’s date of birth, last 4 digits of SSN, and middle name or initial required for consideration
• Minimum of 1 professional reference dated within the last year, from a Supervisor, Manager, Director, or Charge RN
• COVID vaccine required

Facility Details

• Level 1 Trauma Center, Level II NICU, Primary Stroke Center, and Magnet-designated teaching hospital with 273 beds
• Supervisor support available on the unit
• Orientation includes at least one shift to learn unit flow
• Caribbean Blue scrub color required

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate with no radius restrictions
