Travel CT Technologist - $3,200 per week

About the role

Talent4Health is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Madison, Wisconsin, starting October 26, 2026. The position requires 40 hours per week on day shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with on‑call availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for CT and diagnostic procedures.
• Explain procedures and answer patient questions.
• Position patients appropriately and obtain quality diagnostic images.
• Perform CT and diagnostic radiographic/fluoroscopic C‑arm examinations.
• Perform portable imaging when required.
• Administer IV contrast media as needed.
• Perform various examinations, image reconstructions, and printing protocols as directed by the Radiologist.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical/electronic equipment issues.
• Complete requisitions, paperwork, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Schedule examinations as required.
• Maintain necessary supplies and par levels.
• Transport patients to and from the department when needed.
• Work collaboratively with floor staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient‑focused environment.
• Attend required orientations and in‑services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Medical Imaging experience (excluding school) – REQUIRED
• ARRT Registered Technologist – REQUIRED
• CT Certification – REQUIRED
• BLS Certification – REQUIRED
• Philips equipment experience – REQUIRED
• On‑call availability – REQUIRED

Skills

• Operation of Philips CT scanners
• IV contrast media administration
• Image reconstruction and printing protocols
• Mechanical/electronic equipment troubleshooting
• Patient positioning and care for CT and fluoroscopic procedures
• Accurate documentation, requisition completion, and scheduling
