The ideal candidate will have a solid background in radiologic technology and be proficient in a variety of imaging modalities. This position involves performing high-quality CT scans and providing excellent patient care. Schedule Shift: 4x10 Days, Monday - Friday Occasional Saturdays required No Sundays or Holidays Assignment Details Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks Traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience required First-time travelers accepted BLS Certification ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required Local candidates are not accepted (permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility) Pending licenses are not accepted Responsibilities Perform CT imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images Start IVs, run lab I-stats, and inject contrast as needed Post-process images and prepare them for interpretation Assist with patient preparation and care during imaging procedures Maintain effective communication with patients to ensure comfort and understanding of procedures Required Skills Experience in X-Ray is mandatory, including: Extremities Abdomen/GI Spine/Pelvis Head/Chest/Thorax Musculoskeletal Lower/Upper Extremities Preferred experience includes: Fluoroscopy Studies Enema Studies Facility Information Type of Facility: Acute Care Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma center Total Staffed Beds: 407 Join our dedicated team in providing top-notch imaging services to our community.
