Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs and tissue for medical diagnosis
- Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
- Set equipment controls, monitor equipment and patient, make adjustments as necessary
- Assist radiologist with imaging procedures, start IVs, and inject contrast if applicable
- Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
- Assist radiologist with interventional CT procedures
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and appropriately label
- Schedule patients for procedures and assist with some clerical functions
- Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record
- Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner
- Maintain an environment of excellence that is patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives
Requirements
- Eighteen months prior experience in a health care setting as a CT Tech
- ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification
- State licensure as required
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts, days and evenings
- 13-week contract duration
- Start date: 11/09/2026
