About the role
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in California.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose imaging department in an acute care hospital setting
- Perform 4x10 hour day and evening shifts with no overnight shifts
- Work every other weekend
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- Active ARRT and ARRT(CT) certifications required
- Current CA Certified Radiological Technologist (CRT) license required — license required if applicable
- Current peripheral vascular access certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology
- High degree of accuracy in CT positioning and exposure techniques
- SSN and DOB required for consideration

Pay
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
