About the role
American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an off-campus Emergency Department (OCED) setting in Puyallup, Washington. This is a 14-week travel assignment starting on 10/05/2026, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT and XR imaging exams for Emergency Department patients in a 10-bed OCED setting.
- Use Epic EMR for documentation.
- Operate equipment including Siemens XR, Siemens Go series CT, Canon Portable, and MedRad Injector.
- Work 12-hour night shifts (e.g., 0630-1900, 1830-0700, or 1130-2200) with a weekend rotation every other weekend, depending on position.
- Participate in on-call requirements as needed.
- May float to other MHS OCED locations for extra shifts if desired.
- Work 75% of holidays that fall on a normal scheduled workday.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
- ARRT (R) - CT registry eligible.
- ARRT RT (R)(CT) certification required.
- WA DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable.
- Experience with CT, XR, and Emergency Department imaging exams.
- Epic EMR experience preferred.
