Travel CT Technologist - $3,060 per week

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Aberdeen, Washington. Specialty: CT Technologist; Discipline: Allied Health Professional; Start Date: 10/19/2026; Duration: 13 weeks; 40 hours per week; Shift: 8 hours, evenings; Employment Type: Travel. The CT Technologist, under the direction of the Radiology Manager and Radiologist, is responsible for performing computerized Tomography procedures, including invasive procedures. The role requires proficiency in operating a Toshiba Aquilon 64 slice scanner.

Responsibilities

• Position and instruct patients for procedures.
• Operate specialized equipment and determine technical exposure factors.
• Ensure correct marking and labeling of all imaging films.
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care consistently.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved AMA school of Radiology.
• Registered ARRT certification.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.
• Minimum of two years of diagnostic experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 40 pounds from the floor to waist or wheelchair level.
• Ability to move 40 pounds within a short distance.
• Ability to reach overhead while holding 25 pounds.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds from wheelchair to bed level and pull patients safely.
• Ability to push a 150-pound loaded stretcher over a distance of 300 feet.
• Requires stamina, flexibility, and good manual dexterity to operate delicate equipment.

Skills

• Demonstrated accurate judgment and decision-making abilities consistent with radiology knowledge and skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to provide quality patient care following established policies and procedures.
• Proficient in computer skills related to imaging technology.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, for a total of 40 hours per week.
• Holiday coverage is not required.

Certifications

• BLS/BCLS certification.
• ARRT(R) certification.
• ARRT(CT) certification.
