About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Havre, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Performs radiographic and CT procedures under the direction of the Radiologist and Department Director
- Applies prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis
- Operates equipment and adjusts settings to ensure proper exposure and image quality
- Assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required
- Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Documents procedures accurately and maintains records
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited high school or equivalent
- Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT
- Registered technologist by the ARRT
- Licensed technologist by the State of Montana and the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists
- Knowledge relative to age of patients served
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- A degree from an accredited school of radiologic technology is preferred
- Must be licensed as a radiologic technologist in the state of Montana
- Experience with CT scanning equipment is beneficial but not required
