Travel CT Technologist - $3,036 per week

About the Role

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an acute care Radiology/CT department within a Level 3 trauma facility. This department also encompasses MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound services.

Responsibilities

• Performs all XR and CT imaging studies
• Uses Cerner EMR, DR PACS, and Philips imaging equipment
• Works 10-hour day shifts with 6:00 AM start times
• Provides weekend coverage based on department need, occasionally every weekend
• Provides holiday coverage as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• BLS certification required
• CA CRT license and ARRT credential required
• Fluoroscopy license required
• Certified CT credential preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility

• Acute care setting within a Level 3 trauma facility
• Radiology supervisor on staff; RT and pharmacy support available 24/7
• Hospitalist/intensivist coverage available in house
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Candidates previously employed directly by any facility associated with this health system within the past year will not be considered, though those employed PRN through outside firms may be eligible
