Travel CT Technologist - $3,006 per week

About the role

Health Carousel - Travel Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment at Audubon County Memorial Hospital in Audubon, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-Ray and CT procedures under the supervision of a radiologist.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Operate GE 32-slice equipment.
• Handle up to 10-20 procedures per day.
• No complicated procedures due to lack of on-site radiologists.
• Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Occasional call required 2 nights per week, second weekend per month.

Requirements

• CT experience required, but not a CT certification.
• 40 hours per week guaranteed.
• X-Ray and CT experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state license to practice as a CT Technologist.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills.

Skills

• Proficiency with GE 32-slice equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
