Travel CT Technologist - $3,006 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience for a 13-week acute care assignment in a hospital radiology/CT department.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care hospital setting within a CT/Radiology department
• Operate a Siemens Somatom Perspective 64-slice CT scanner using pre-built protocols
• Chart patient information using Cerner EMR
• Supervise and train another technologist
• Handle 1–2 nights of call per week, typically Monday through Friday from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Friday night call extends to 7:00 AM)
• Assist with weekend call coverage (Saturday 7:30 PM – 7:00 AM; Sunday 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM), shared among staff when the dedicated weekend CT Tech is unavailable

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
• Current BLS certification required

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license if required by state law

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

4x10-hour day shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
