About the role

The CT Technologist performs imaging examinations on patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. This role is essential to the efficient operation of the department and ensures the quality and continuity of patient care. The technologist utilizes specialized training in imaging modalities to deliver excellent patient care and may also handle responsibilities of receptionist or clerical duties as needed.

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • 10-hour shifts, flexible

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program with dedicated CT training preferred
  • Current registration with ARRT (R)(CT) or equivalent required
  • Current BLS certification
  • Two years of post-graduation experience preferred
  • Ability to perform CT angiography studies, including PE chest, CTA head, CTA neck, and CTA abdomen with lower extremity run-off preferred
  • Experience utilizing radiography and computed tomography equipment is required; Siemens and Fuji experience preferred
  • Proof of completed COVID vaccinations

Additional Information

  • Private housing is not provided; all accommodations are shared units
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Airfare is initially covered by the candidate or the agency, with reimbursement upon arrival
  • A flight itinerary must be submitted at least one week in advance to ensure scheduling for New Employee Orientation
  • Orientation occurs every Tuesday and Wednesday

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
