Travel CT Technologist - $2,961 per week

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Redding, California, starting October 5, 2026. The role involves performing high‑quality CT imaging in a fast‑paced environment, with a strong commitment to patient care and safety. Additional details include a teal scrub color (OR scrubs provided), 1‑2 shift orientation for departmental training, and flexibility to work holidays as needed; common diagnoses span a variety of inpatient and outpatient cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, including Cerner EMR, Philips iPatient 64, and big bore 16.
• Work in collaboration with the Radiology team in various settings, including OR and ER.
• Participate in departmental orientation and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CT experience; first‑time travelers may be considered.
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ARRT Certification, Fluoroscopy certification through the state of California.
• Experience in a Level II Trauma setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; must be a self‑starter.
