About the role
National Staffing Solutions-Surgical Services is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 11, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Operate head or body x-ray scanners which create a computer generated cross-sectional image, commonly called a CAT (Computed Axial Tomography) Scan
- Responsible for educating and preparing patients for their examinations
- Provide patient care that is essential to the performance of a variety of procedures
- Take patient medical history before an exam
- Position patients so desired anatomy will be demonstrated
Requirements
- CT Technologist Specialty
- Allied Health Professional Discipline
- 40 hours per week
- 10 hours shift, days
- Current state certification as a CT Technologist
- Experience with x-ray scanners and CAT scans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of x-ray equipment operation
- Strong patient care skills
- Effective communication skills
