MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Reno, Nevada.

About the Role

This is a travel position with a start date of 08/17/2026. The role requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Responsibilities

Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes.
Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
Set controls of the equipment, monitor equipment and patient, and make adjustments as needed.
Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast, if applicable.
Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans.
Assist radiologists with interventional CT procedures.
Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence, and label appropriately.
Schedule patients for procedures and assist with clerical functions.
Charge procedures and supplies to the patient record.
Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration.
Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
Maintain a safe work environment for staff and patients, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

Eighteen months of prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist.
ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
State licensure as required (most states require it).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
