Travel CT Technologist - $2,940 per week

Job Summary

A CT Technologist position is available in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role involves performing vascular studies, coronary CTAs, orthogonal imaging, biopsies, drains, aspirations, and occasional injections. The technologist will be responsible for assisting with procedures, starting IVs, and working within a fast-paced radiology department. Flexibility in scheduling and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Job Details

• Location: 214 E 23rd St, Cheyenne, WY 82001
• Schedule: Varied shifts including 8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and 13-hour days. The schedule is based on a 7 on, 7 off rotation with three 12-hour shifts followed by four 10-hour shifts starting on Thursday. Weekend work is usually scheduled or on rotation.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in CT
• BLS certification
• Valid license for radiologic technology
• Minimum 2 years of experience with prior travel experience preferred
• Ability to start IVs
• Familiarity with Epic and PACS systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel experience preferred

Additional Information

• The department covers outpatient, inpatient, and emergency room areas.
• The team includes a lead technician during the day and one lead on night shift.
• The department uses Siemens Definition M and CS scanners.
• The radiology team operates with extended hours, including after-hours on-call until midnight.
• The orientation program lasts 2 weeks with a preceptor.
