The facility enforces a 100-mile radius rule; no travelers with a permanent address within 100 miles of the hospital will be considered. RTO (Requests for Time Off): Up to 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract. The facility may cancel up to three shifts per 13-week assignment without guaranteeing hours.
