About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist for a night shift position in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of imaging procedures, particularly those involving contrast injection. This role requires a valid New York license that permits the injection of contrast.
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts
- Tuesday to Saturday, 11 PM to 7 AM
Responsibilities
- Perform radiologic imaging procedures as per established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging exams.
- Administer contrast agents under supervision and in accordance with protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging data using EPIC charting system.
- Collaborate with medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- ARRT certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Valid New York license for contrast injection required.
- Experience in an acute care setting preferred.
