Travel CT Technologist - $2,900 per week

About the role

Prepare patients for examination, position patients based on physician’s orders, and operate Computed Tomography (CT) equipment and accessories. Produce quality images as directed by physicians and radiologists for the diagnosis or treatment of anatomic or physiologic disorders. Demonstrate knowledge of general anatomy, technical factors, CT imaging fundamentals, radiation protection, basic computer skills, and PACS. Competency in CT procedures, protocols, and techniques is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic images
• Position patients according to physician’s orders
• Ensure radiation protection and safety protocols are followed
• Demonstrate proficiency in CT procedures, protocols, and techniques
• Utilize PACS and basic computer skills for image management

Requirements

• Epic experience with a minimum of twelve (12) months required

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, 10-hour night shifts
• Monday–Thursday schedule; no call required
• No weekends required unless an extra shift is picked up by the traveler

Pay
