Travel CT Technologist - $2,877 per week

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Kremmling, Colorado. The position requires 40 hours per week, working 10‑hour day shifts. TotalMed Allied is a top‑ten travel nursing and healthcare staffing agency that places clinicians nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures, providing reassurance and support.
• Correctly interpret doctors' written instructions.
• Position patients appropriately to scan specific body areas.
• Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of internal organs and tissues.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of internal structures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
• Follow safety procedures when working with radiation.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Understand and use the McKesson PACS system.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
• State‑specific licensing as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop easily.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• ARRT (R) certification (additional certifications may be required before assignment).
