Travel CT Technologist - $2,830 per week

About the Role

The healthcare organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a travel assignment at a healthcare provider in Presque Isle, Maine. The role involves primarily performing X-ray procedures with rotation into CT imaging, supporting a busy facility with an average patient volume of 25-30 per day. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within a designated time frame.

Schedule

• Rotating shift, typically Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend rotation and holidays in accordance with department needs
• Schedule cycle is in six-week increments
• 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/07/2026

Required Qualifications

• Valid Maine State License
• ARRT (R) Certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• One year of CT experience
• Acceptable for first-time travelers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens X.Cite, GE 16-slice PET CT, and CT support skills
• Experience with Operating Room (OR) C-arm and Fluoroscopy procedures with the ability to be trained in these areas

Department Support & Equipment

• Lead Tech and internal transport support available
• Two CT Techs available on weekdays and evenings, one on weekends
• Onsite Radiologists three days a week and remote read capability two days
• Technology/Equipment: Siemens, GE, Phillips, and Cannon imaging equipment; Cerner electronic medical records; Enterprise Imaging AGFA PACS

Orientation & Other Details

• Orientation: 1 to 1.5 weeks based on comfort level
• Scrubs in solid colors or hospital-issued
