Travel CT Technologist - $2,830 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Martinsburg, West Virginia, starting September 7, 2026. This position offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour flexible shifts in an acute care hospital setting within the Radiology department.

Responsibilities

• Performs CT imaging on adult and pediatric patients across all areas
• Uses EPIC EMR along with Canon/Toshiba and Fuji Synapse equipment
• Staffing includes 2 CT Techs for inpatient coverage and 1 for outpatient
• Reports to Radiology Director/Manager; no lead tech assigned
• In-house radiologist coverage from 7 AM to 7 PM with on-call coverage overnight
• Floor-specific orientation generally lasts up to 2 weeks depending on modality
• Black scrubs required for all technologists
• Radiation badge must be provided by the staffing agency

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ARRT certification required, CT specialty preferred
• West Virginia license required if applicable
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Must be able to start IVs
• Unexpired driver's license required for consideration

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• Day and evening shift availability
• No weekend or holiday work required for travelers
• No call requirements
